Methodology/Process

The CrossControl product development process, PDP, addresses all disciplines in a development project, e.g. requirements management, sourcing, electronics design, software analysis and design, NPI. By applying the PDP process we achieve quality assurance in both the project and your solution.

The PDP process breaks down a project into phases and iterations, each planned and checked at completion. Tollgates are applied throughout a project to ensure customer engagement and adherence to the project objectives. PDP is a means to achieve human control of complex projects with short time schedules and sharp deadlines.
