Electronics design

The ability to design electronics for really critical environments is a key competence for CrossControl, ensuring our customers that the solutions we provide will endure the challenges of tough industrial vehicle applications.

Our hardware competence ranges from microcontrollers/ECUs to high-performance PC designs. We realize the complete hardware design, from requirements capture, via rapid prototypes to an industrialized solution. Device driver development and customized operating system images is part of the undertaking, providing our customers with a fully operational solution.

We specialize in creating high-quality, reliable designs and we apply a comprehensive test strategy. With our in-house EMC laboratory and climate test cells we are able to verify compliance to environmental requirements early in the project, avoiding big-bang tests in late project phases, thus minimizing risk for our customers.
