Operations

Our concept is to offer more than a pure manufacturing service; we are production partners. This means that we adapt to the specific needs that each customer has and offer a support that goes beyond the ordinary. We target long term partnerships where we supply the first, second, third etc generation of a system or product. We know how important it is to support products and systems throughout the life cycle of your machine.

Supply Chain Management

The Supply Chain Management organisation is involved already in the early phases of the development of a new product. The SCM team performs supplier assessments, negotiations and selection of suppliers and ensures that the supply chain at all times is rigged to meet demand.

Design for manufacturing

Production Engineering is involved in design and review of new products and performs simulations and modelling of the production process to enable optimum yield and short process cycle time.

Production

With two production sites we can offer our customers the best of two worlds. Highly automated production is handled in the master plant, located in Alfta, Sweden. The Penang production plant in Malaysia manages high volume assembly.

Quality management

We achieve operational excellence through a total quality approach that puts each customer’s needs in focus. We apply extensive metrics as a means to monitor and control our processes. On-time-delivery and Quality performance are Key Performance Indexes for the company.

Product life cycle management

CrossControl is a supplier highly focused on industrial vehicle OEMs. We have through the years gained a solid understanding of the challenges that this type of customer faces and we have developed our operations to be specialised in supporting products and systems over long life cycles.
